Vespucci Circus is a street in the Northwood region of the Algonquin borough in Liberty City. Vespucci Circus prominently contains Governor Greg Johnson Projects and Vespucci Circus LTA, with Dwayne Forge being a resident of the area as well. The street features some of the most haunting myths in the game, such as Candyman and the Bloody Apartment. During the night, mysterious activities are said to take place.
