Vespucci Circus is a street in the Northwood neighborhood of Algonquin. Vespucci Circus prominently contains the Governor Greg Johnson Projects apartment complex and Vespucci Circus LTA, with Dwayne Forge being a resident of the area as well. The street features some of the most haunting myths in the game, such as Candyman and the Bloody Apartment. During the night, mysterious activities are said to take place.
