The Vercetti Estate is located on Starfish Island and is an accessible safehouse. Shortly after the release of GTA Vice City, the estate became a prominent location for myths. After Tommy has acquired the mansion, it has been vandalised by the Vercetti Gang.
Correlation with myths
The Vercetti Estate is known for its myths and legends. People have recorded several strange paranormal activities inside the mansion. The Estate even has mythical sub-locations like The Maze, garden, staircase, basement, cellar, spandrel and the underground chamber. Various myths relating to character deaths, including Sonny Forelli's Corpse, Ricardo Diaz's Grave, and Body Bags are present, with the Burial Shovel being used as evidence. Vague myths like the Corridor Shadows, Henrietta's Demon and Mario are also found in the mansion.
The mansion's most famous and enduring mysteries are mostly related to the shootings that took place in the Vercetti Estate, namely Ricardo Diaz, Lance Vance and Sonny Forelli. Sonny Forelli's Ghost is the most debated myth out of the three, followed by Ricardo Diaz's Ghost, which has various internet videos dedicated to investigating the myth. The existence of Ricardo Diaz's Ghost has been developed into possible over the years but later debunked in standard fashion. The myth of Ricardo Diaz is technically more feasible than other paranormal events regarding the Vercetti Estate. Lance Vance's Ghost is more of a minor rumor that is still investigated by a respectable number of myth hunters but is officially recognized as a lesser known myth.
Due to numerous pieces of evidence and bizarre recordings, the existence of the creatures in the Vercetti Estate can be considered possible, and there is something paranormal going on and thus is considered to be inhabited by some mysterious entity, likely to be the ghost of Ricardo Diaz.
Paranormal sightings include reports of inexplicable light sources, strange glows and certain strange artifacts. These attributes are proven to have occurred in the Vercetti Estate, the rationale of its mythical authenticity.
