Trevor Phillips' Ghost is an unlikely myth in GTA V. If you pick option A for the mission "Something Sensible" Micheal and Franklin will chase down Trevor and kill him. He gets doused in gasoline when a fuel tank breaks open. He then gets shot by Franklin which ignites the gas and he thus burns to death.
