The Tongva Triangle refers to a region of central-western San Andreas that exhibits an unusually high number of reported phenomena and interesting locations in and around it's defined borders. It is formed by tracing arbitrary lines between three prominent locations; Chumash on Great Ocean Highway, Vinewood Hills in Northern Los Santos and Mount Josiah to the North.
The triangle has several notable areas within it, including Marlowe Vineyards, Banham Canyon and the inland portion of the Lago Zancudo swamp. It takes it's name from the Tongva Hills and Tongva Valley regions that it contains and is a colloquial term creative myth hunters have coined to label the surrounding area. The remarkable concentration of alleged phenomena within the Tongva Triangle has resulted in a great fascination with the region.
