Description
In 2013, YouTuber gtamythhunter16a found a creature in Cedar Grove. The creature looks black and the face is blurred, after the player shot him, the creature disappeared. It is unclear if it's a biological creature or not.
Possibilities
The possibilities are that it may be a unique pedestrian texture which was meant to be kept in the beta, but was removed. And now in the final release, it was misspawned. It is also possible that the pedestrian model was not properly textured, so it was removed.
