The Spy is a possible myth in GTA San Andreas. It is said the person stalks the player character in the forests of Back O Beyond during a phone call. He may be Mike Toreno, who is an agent that works for the government that employed CJ during the missions in San Fierro and Las Venturas. There are hints that Mike Toreno stalks CJ because Mike keep telling CJ that he is watching on him. Also if the player don't do flying school missions he will call CJ to go and learn to fly.
