The Axeman, also referred to as Morse, is a serial killer that has been spotted in Grand Theft Auto Online, mostly when completing the Treasure Hunt on Halloween Events.

There are few players who testify to have encountered Morse after completing the Treasure Hunt clues, however, there is not enough evidence to confirm this. If this is real, the meeting will only be possible for the players through the Treasure Hunt when Halloween Events are currently still on.
Description[]
Morse was spotted armed with a Battle Axe and appeared to be hostile towards the GTA Online Protagonist.
Morse appears to be related to Morse codes and doesn't seem like a character of many words as witnesses describe his encounter as quiet, as Morse does not appear to make any sound when about to confront the player.
Before Morse spawns, you should hear an unidentified Morse code, and if you are lucky, you will get the chance to fight him.
Rivalry[]
Morse also appears to be rival with the Los Santos Slasher, as when the player manages to bug the game and have them both to spawn after completing their clues, it is possible that Morse may hit him for some unknown reason.
Another approach is when the player starts the Treasure Hunt clues and The Slasher appears instead of Morse. The Slasher was seen by some players during the Treasure Hunt, this may prove that The Slasher was there to steal Morse's victims, which are the GTA Online Protagonists. Or it's vice versa, meaning that The Slasher should actually be Morse when attacking the player.

- His character model is a regular redneck model that can be seen throughout Blaine County.
- There are players who also think that Morse is nothing more than a simple NPC who loses control of his system during Halloween Events. Although it is still not explained why he uses an axe as a main weapon.
