The Suffolk Church Graveyard is one of three cemeteries in Liberty City in Grand Theft Auto IV, and is the only one located in Algonquin. It is possibly the oldest of the three.

The graveyard is located behind the Suffolk Church in the Little Italy neighborhood. The Suffolk Church Graveyard seems to be based on the Trinity Church in Manhattan, New York, because of its gothic-styled architecture and historic appearance.
Some players say The Stairs at the back of the graveyard that lead to the street bear resemblance to the stairs from The Exorcist.
