Storm Drains are a mythical location in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
Description[]
Storm drains were first developed in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City on a minor scale. It features only a lone storm drain situated in east Little Haiti.
The storm drain itself is turf of the Haitian Gang, with their graffiti sprayed throughout the storm drain. This drain concludes north to Escobar International, into the ocean. Apparently, the storm drain is not developed with respect to a prodigious storm.
Symbols of Voodoo Dolls can also be perceived on the walls of the storm drain, representing Haitian Voodoo Rituals. Players have speculated it to be used as a concealed Voodoo Hub.
Players claim to have seen Crocodiles in these drains, but no evidence is present to support these claims. It could be possible that a storm already hit the region in the past as some Haitian gang members claim that The storms are coming in. It may be a hint towards the previous storms.
