The Serial Killer, is a man in Grand Theft Auto III who apparently hangs around on Portland Island. He wears a Cowboy Hat, a Trench Coat and some big black Boots. Players report that when he spots them, he comes charging into them with a weapon and tries to kill them. However, when this was investigated, all he did was walk around the street, only attacking if he was attacked first. When he attacks he also doesn't have any kind of weapons, meaning that point is also fake. This means it is PROVEN that he exists but it is FALSE that he is a Serial Killer.
