Sea Caves

Sea Caves are a mythical location in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

Description[]

The Sea Caves are an underwater feature on the sea bed. The portal to the caves is located at the Standing Vice Point Building, in Vice Point. Players have to fly into the building using a Sea Sparrow. There are barren white rocks in the caves. Not much is actually known about the caves. It's also speculated to contain the hidden treasure.
