In the world of Grand Theft Auto and it's myths, Pyramid Head was first rumored to exist in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. Later on, it was found that many gamers modded the game and included Pyramid Head around the Vinewood Cemetery and Creepy House. The myth returned in Grand Theft Auto IV as part of horror videos uploaded by many modders. In GTA Vice City, Pyramid Head is rumored to appear in two alternate versions, the Silent Hill Dimension or the Silent Hill Exotica mod. According to the Silent Hill Dimension theory, Pyramid Head appears only when the Ghost World turns into hell, a phenomenon which lacks any evidence except for several similarities between the Silent Hill Dimension and the Ghost World. The alternate theory suggests that Pyramid Head can only be summoned through a rare modification known as Silent Hill Exotica. He supposedly appears in the hell version of Little Haiti and far east Little Havana (more approximately near the area bordering Vice City Port Authority, The Red Bridge and the area where Ghost Hobos appear). However, this could only be possible with assistance from the mod. Along with the theories, a statue in Vice Point may seem like Pyramid Head but it is unconfirmed since the statue is exceptionally distorted for any kind of representation. Hence, the myth lacks any technical evidence, abandoning it as untrue.
