Pyramid Head is a false myth in Grand Theft Auto IV. Pyramid Head is the infamous dark character from the game series Silent Hill.
Description[]
Pyramid Head is a dangerous demonic humanoid that pursues Niko Bellic and Luis Lopez in a hunt for their lives throughout Liberty City. Pyramid Head has rarely been reported and is presumed as a false or made up myth. However, the popularity of his role in a machinima known as Silent Hell has led many people to insist that he exists in the GTA universe. There are various photos and videos online that apparently show proof of Pyramid Head, but most of them are just mods or hacks. The main spots Pyramid Head is rumored to be in underground Subways and the Colony Island Cemetery.
