The Peeping Tom is a possible myth in Grand Theft Auto IV.
Description
If the player walks around the neighborhood of Beachgate and turns to the northeast, near one of the homes, there is a man peeping through the window of a house. Critics of the myth claim that it is just a glitched pedestrian. There are not many claims on the intentions of the man.
Some claim that he is just a regular person stalking someone else, but a fringe group believe it is related to a myth. The Peeping Tom is almost always male, is not referred to by name, and his intentions are not currently known.
