The Paranoid Cowboy is a pedestrian in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
Description[]
Paranoid Cowboy uses the skin DWMYLC1, and wears a blue and black plaid button-down shirt with a white T-shirt under it, dark blue jeans, a black cowboy hat, brown cowboy boots, and black sunglasses. The cowboy is extremely paranoid, and has a high chance of attacking the player if they annoy him. The pedestrian is also known to frequently get into fights.
He sometimes talks to Mr. Trenchcoat, making a few strange remarks both in conversation and if the player interacts with him. He appears to exhibit the same paranoid behavior as Mr. Trenchcoat. There is a theory stating that Mr. Trenchcoat and the Paranoid Cowboy are allies, working together to murder people. This theory, however, is not real, as Mr. Trenchcoat and the Paranoid Cowboy are both normal pedestrians who will attack the player unprovoked only if a cheat is activated.
