New World Order is a political radio show in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. Dwayne Thorn is the host of the show on Vice City Public Radio. He was also honored on the Vinewood Walk of Fame in Grand Theft Auto V. The show was discontinued in 1986, following the events of GTA Vice City but is still a minor myth in the game.

Description[]

Dwayne Thorn runs a controversial political show named New World Order, dealing with the immigration issue in the United States and highly believes in American exceptionalism. He has his guests discussing about the cause of poverty in India, enjoyment of prepubescents in Thailand and many other issues relating with respect to global complications.

The title and logo of the show is based off the original New World Order in real life, paying tribute to a massive conspiracy theory. This has given birth to a strange relation between the All Seeing Eye and New World Order in the game itself and that the ever debated nexus may exist in the game as well. The Latin motto, Novus Ordo Seclorum, means "New Order of the Ages". In real life, it appears on the reverse side of the Great Seal of the United States, which also has an All Seeing Eye as its logo. The seal was designed and created to signify the beginning of the United States of America after the creation and signing of the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776.

Thanks to my religion, I am a peace loving, God fearing American... and I will kill and maim anyone who says otherwise... OR has another view of the after LIFE. Once you have figured out the meaning of the universe, you can do whatever you like. KIFFLOM!

–Dwayne Thorn

In addition to this, Dwayne Thorn mentions his faith, Epsilonism, and the slogan of Kifflom. For this reason, players believe that the Epsilon Program may also be interlinked with the New World Order and All Seeing Eye and the trio might be working for each other and to impose their supremacy in the world through enlightenment, public radio and conspiracy within the government. Due to its existence in GTA Vice City Stories, it may be plausible that it was intended to be included in GTA Vice City, while some have concluded that the organization was banned in 1986, but these facts are merely myths. Others suggest that due to organization, it can be feasible that it's, in fact, promoting Epsilonism in the city.
