Moto-Man is a proven myth in Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto V.
Description[]
In Grand Theft Auto IV, the Moto-Man is a pedestrian with strange qualities found walking around Broker, near Francis International Airport and Chinatown, Algonquin. He appears to be a variant of the Jamaican gangster model, and still wears a bike helmet when not in a vehicle. His unique accessories and being a Jamaican spawning outside of his gang turf made him well known among players in the area. He is not paranormal in any way, but does have an increased chance of shooting the player if annoyed.
In Grand Theft Auto V, a bug causes Ballas gang members to spawn with motorcycle helmets on their heads. This, however, isn't as strange as the person from the previous game.
