Mendez Mansion is a mythical location in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City and Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories. The Mendez Mansion is one of the three mansions situated in Prawn Island, coincidentally all of them being related to Ghosts.

Description[]

Mendez Mansion was formerly owned by Diego and Armando Mendez, during the events of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories in the year 1984. The mansion was renown for its beauty and elegant interior build from black money accumulated by the Mendez brothers as the mansion was also effectuated for their shady businesses. The mansion consists of a rotunda with a unique characteristic of vanishing, titling it as the Disappearing Rotunda. It also contains a swimming pool and a gigantic basement that disappears in 1986 for unknown reasons. The Mendez Mansion was driven into abandonment following the demise of Louise Cassidy and Armando Mendez, ending his run as a powerful crime figure. The mansion was then vandalized by the Sharks in 1986 and due to its abandonment, it became known for its myths, namely; the Disappearing Rotunda and Louise Cassidy's Ghost.
