The Majestic Hotel is a hotel on Ocean Drive in Vice City in the year 1986. The hotel chain doesn't exist during 1984 despite some searches by multiple players.
At first, the hotel was unknown and it was deemed an unnamed building, but later investigations into the hotel found that it is based on the real life Majestic Hotel in Miami. The historic Majestic Hotel South Beach was designed by Albert Anis in classic Art Deco style and was completed in 1940.
