Hanky Panky Point
Hanky Panky Point is a hilltop where, as implied by its name, teenage couples go to have a good time. It is located at the northeast edge of Red County, near Palomino Creek and the Frederick Bridge. The area is featured in Rockstar's site for Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The site has screenshots of the area showing that during development of the game, the area was more than just a hilltop. However if you visit the site, there is nothing there apart from a muddy hilltop and some trees. The Point's name (keeping with Rockstar's sense of humor) means illicit sexual activity.
Leatherface has been rumoured to appear here, aswell with the Serial Killer due to it's proximity to Fishers' Lagoon and Bone County. There is also a small number of people who have claimed to see a Bigfoot on the hill.
