When the player shoots the pedestrian in the head with a high powered weapon, the pedestrian will have their head shot off and what remains is a black health stump. However, when the pedestrian appears dead on the ground, they have a chance of standing up again, albeit headless and in an undead state. When aimed at by the player in auto-aim mode, the pedestrian appears to have green health.
