First spotted in 2013, Kanye West is a pedestrian that is not part of the storyline in any way and will not interact with the player unless attacked. The character model bears a striking resemblance to the famous rapper and is usually dressed according to style either with a large diamond chain or a modern chic suit. He can usually be found in Vinewood or near the beach.
