Easter Eggs are hidden objects, references, or secrets created by the developers that are supposed to be a surprise when found, just like the real life tradition of searching for hidden eggs on Easter.
"Easter Eggs" have been a part of the GTA series since the very beginning of the series, and have appeared prominently in every game since Grand Theft Auto III. Over time, Easter Eggs have become more complex and have taken a life of their own, such as 69, which are constantly referenced and featured in every title added to the series.
