Description

Near the Civil Asset Forfeiture Impound, there is a billboard with the words "Full Moon" and an image of the moon which, after closer examination, looks like a rear end.

If you climb onto a roof to the left of the billboard, thanks to a ramp you can make a slow motion jump from one building to another. The image with the moon in the background reproduces the famous image of a scene taken from Steven Spielberg's film, "E.T. the Extra Terrestrial".
