Crying Baby Ghost is a false myth that emerged in Grand Theft Auto V.
Crying Baby Ghost refers to a hoax that emerged in 2016 when a YouTube channel by the name of "OverboostMPH" uploaded a video that depicted the sound of a baby crying heard from the burnt remains of the house at the O'Neil Ranch. Since then, nobody has been able to trigger the creepy noises, even when perfectly replicated the same way as in the video. As such, the crying baby ghost is considered to be a haox.
