In the world of myth hunting, it is known to be the hideout of the Ice Cream Man and Maude Hanson. According to myth hunters, Maude Hanson dresses herself as the Ice Cream Man in the back rooms of this factory. Some even proclaim that the factory has various secret rooms but this has never been confirmed.
