The Carcer City Sign is an Easter egg in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.

A mattress store in Little Havana has a poster that reads "Joe's Beds: The Best Mattresses in Carcer." Carcer City is the main setting of another game developed by Rockstar, Manhunt, and the same sign can be found in that game's first mission. Carcer City can not be visited in GTA Vice City, although it does exist in the GTA universe.
