The safehouse is located in an apartment block in the center of Blueberry. The apartment block's overall appearance may creep unaware players off. The apartment is blocked off and every single window and doorway is blocked, arising multiple assumptions and theories among the myth hunters on what secret this apartment holds.
Blueberry Crime Scene
The apartment next door is covered in police tape and is boarded off, suggesting something against the law had happened before and the apartment is now taken down by the police. The thing that drew players' attention to this house was the text on the game's official website, which reads as follows:
|“||"At the very center of the state of San Andreas, Blueberry is a farming community and home to the FleischBerg brewery. To the west of local farm, Blueberry Acres lies a large hill, known locally as The Panopticon. The Panopticon affords views of both Bone and Flint Counties and Easter Basin Airport, serving San Fierro. We're sure some crimes takes place here, only currently, we don't know that."
— GTA San Andreas Website.
The crime here refers to the Triad street racing ring near The Panopticon. However, this could either be a hint to this house or one of the robbery missions given by Catalina, which takes place in Blueberry. Even though the latter may be true, many players speculated that this house could be the home of the organizer of the Triad street racing and the police had arrested him.
If the player goes into the small nook in between their apartment and the neighboring one, they will see a face embedded on the ground that looks Satanic. Horns and other demonic features are covering the face. Many fans have claimed that the crime was actually a demonic sacrifice.
The strange blue glow for which Blueberry is famous for can also be seen shining through the windows. This phenomenon can be witnessed at any time of the night during regular gameplay. It is believed that the Epsilon Cult is behind this, due to the close proximity of the cult's rumored main headquarters, and the fact that blue is the color of the cult.
