Bloody Cell is a mythical location in Grand Theft Auto III.
Description[]
During the mission Kanbu Bust-Out, the instructed player has to break Yakuza member Kanbu out of prison. When the player arrives outside the cell, someone is getting beaten up inside, likely Kanbu. Once the car bomb detonates, the cell's wall collapses, and the cell can be exposed as the player waits for Kanbu to get into their vehicle. There is a lot of blood with some bloody hand prints on the wall.
In GTA: Liberty City Stories, there's a prison in Staunton Police Station that the same place as GTA III during the mission. The bloody cell didn't appears in the wall inside the prison because this game took place in 1998 before 2001 happened.
It is likely similar to the torture cells in GTA Vice City and could also be related to police brutality.
The same blood texture is also in the bathroom of Apartment 3C in GTA Vice City.
