The Bloody Apartment is an easter egg in GTA IV. The particular apartment is owned by Dwayne Forge, and is located in North Holland, Liberty City. The apartment is notable for having a long blood trail running through its corridors. The source of this blood trail is never revealed in the game.
Descripiton
The blood trail begins as a single blood splatter just outside his door, then it becomes several blood splats in the corridor and then a pool of blood can be seen in the living room floor. It is believed that while Dwayne was in prison, many hobos moved into his apartment and started fighting each other. What supports this idea is that Dwayne never locked his apartment doors. Another possibility could be that Dwayne killed someone in his apartment building, which could be why he went to prison. There are 3 lines of crack along several photos of LCPD cops, meaning a cop was either living there and killed someone, or someone killed the officer.
