Bela Lugosi is a Romanian artist that played Count Dracula in the 1931 movie based on Bram Stoker's novel. He's referenced in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. There is a portrait kept at Funeraria Romero which features Bela Lugosi dressed as Dracula with silly painted-on glasses, hair, and mustache holding Funeraria Romero's frame. This is possibly a publicity stunt by Funeraria Romero to advertise their undertaker store. Moreover, keeping in view other Romanian linked references like the Giant Spiders, the reference to Bela Lugosi is self explanatory. Nosferatu is another version of Dracula referenced in the game. The Dracula rumored to haunt Vice City Alleys is said to feature characteristics specific to Bela Lugosi's version of Dracula.
