The Baleful Witch is a myth in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City.
Description
The myth is based on the spirit of a woman who practiced witchcraft, but committed suicide by falling off a particular building in Washington Beach. The building is located at the back of Hotel Harrison.
The witch was said to be a part of the coven led by Phil the Witch. However, she was either cast out, or abandoned the group later on. She is said to be referenced by Gethsemanee Starhawk Moonwaker in her conversation on the radio, when Moonwaker talks about the perceived notion of the witches as weeping and suicidal.
According to a rumor, the player may see the spirit of the witch falling from the building whenever they walk past the back of the building.
