Bal Harbour Shops is an Easter Egg in GTA Vice City.
Description
The Washington Mall, located at the Washington Beach, is based on the real life Bal Harbour Shops in Miami, which Vice City is base off of. The interiors and exteriors are an exact replica of the Bal Harbour Shops. It also has a lot of scale stores like Gucci, same as in Vice City. This comes as no surpise since Vice City is partly based off of Miami.
