The Angel Pine Shanty is a mythical location in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
Description[]
The shanty is a small derelict building located in a field southwest of the town of Angel Pine, in Whetstone. The structure is incredibly dilapidated and appears to be made of a rusted metal frame with walls clad in rotted plywood and rusty sheet metal with multiple gaps inside.
It originally drew players' attention for its unsettling appearance and completely out of place location, all by itself on the outskirts of a small town. Many fans have theorized that due to its derelict nature, the shanty is actually a dwelling of one of the local cryptids, such as Bigfoot, Piggsy, or the Woods Creature.
The same shanty model can be found elsewhere in the game. For example, within the Flint Intersection trailer park, in a trailer park near the Easter Bay Chemicals plant, and other nearby areas.
