Abandoned Vehicle is a proven myth in GTA San Andreas.
Description
On the way from Countryside to San Fierro, a vehicle can be seen that is parked in front of a tree. Vehicles that are parked here are actually strange, because they have no possible purpose in the game and they don't have any broken parts. Obviously, they are not parked there to help the player while on foot, since the road is just nearby where drivable vehicles can be found!
There are also some other strange things about these vehicles. These strange things are:
- Any vehicle can spawn at this location, even the ones that are never seen in countryside. For example a BF-400.
- Some times after the player has taken the vehicle, another vehicle may spawn almost immediately.(note: this phenomenon does not always occur, but sometimes it may happen.)
Many players just ignored these vehicles, because they look like normal cars, but they are not!
Trivia
- Almost all of the cars in San Andreas are parked in front of that specific tree, even motorcycles (except for bicycles)
- Only one vehicle can be found here.
- You can drive the vehicle.
- This glitch was also reported to be spawned in Los Santos. In this Los Santos version, a car will move over to the footpath and drive, and will run over passengers. After that, if any red light is shown by the traffic light, then also it won't stop. The aftermath is that it will bump on to that traffic light as if there is nothing there.
Theories
- A car accident happened.
- Someone just left it there and never came back for it.
- A haunted car.
- Rockstar accidentally put the car there, and didn't know about it.
- Most of all, Rockstar put it there so that if any cars don't spawn on the road during night (which happens lots of times), players would get this as a backup car to travel.
