I was in an GTA Online lobby with around 10-20 people in it, escaping the police when I began making my way towards Strawberry but as I was on the freeway zooming to a bridge, a police cruiser slammed into my motorcycle and killed the officer in it but also destroyed my vehicle and itself, and as I saw more law enforcement in the far distance, I went into an tunnel that just so happened to be nearby and I walked around for what felt like 30 minutes-an hour. As I made my way through the darker areas of the cave, I turned around to be met with the sight of an overweight man wearing mucky overalls, filthy jeans, dirty brown shoes, and had an mullet-carrottop hybrid hairstyle along with an mustache. He was wielding a dagger and was running full-speed at me. I was frightened by the surprise so I quickly point-blanked him with a shotgun, which he survived so I put another shot in him and it seemed to have killed him, but I know some NPCs like to take their time befor getting up so I kept shooting him until I had ejected about 9-10 shells. I then began running until I got to the exit, by which point the server was full, it was daytime, and the police had left.

I think it was probably just an glitched maintenance worker AI but it could be more than that. Thoughts?
