I checked it.The thing is that people say it's kind of an Easter egg and something can be triggered if you will block the waterfall.Someone tried to block the waterfall.But I thought that's not right.So I blocked the start of the river.Nothing happened.The thing is that the bird in the two hoots falls is from real life.But in GTAV it's creepy.So that's makes its interesting.
