I was driving in Star Junction in TBOGT, when I noticed a blue electronic billboard with the word shark on it. Under the word shark it had a blue card that looked like a shark card, except it said credit card. Could this be a hint about the future shark cards, in GTA Online.

I've driven there when I don't want to use the road (i'm a GTA player, so it's clear I don't use the road when not needed) and when I pass by, it'll usually be there, but sometimes it won't. I haven't seen it in another color.

I was on the way to a Truth mission, and went through Beacon Hill. There was a blue truck there. Does Epsilon myth extend there?

I was watching a naughtpoint video, and started thinking about why it's there but not used. After some more videos and looking around i figured that the casino, like naught said, was supposed allow players to use in game money to win real money. I think it was supposed to be like the casinos in GTA SA. The Vinewood Racetrack behind the casino was going to be where the player could get on a horse race, betting in game money on which one would win. This would be similar to the mini game in GTA SA, which allowed a player to bet money on a virtual horse to win a race, and then they take control of the horse. What do yall think.

However, underneath this area in the Area 69 interior is a large room giving off a light. It is simply a case of the light leaking through the ground, because GTA is 12 years old and did not have an advanced lighting engine. The same applies to pretty much every other strange light. Just mark it on your radar and go to the exact spot in the interior and you'll usually find a light source there.
There's your answer. I've never really noticed the light, likely because i try to not get shot down.
