<p>After the recent departure of a few staff members, I think our wiki really needs 1 of 2 things : </p><p>A Staff Revamp </p><p>or </p><p>A Wiki Policy Revamp/Mindshift. </p><p><i><u>Why a staff revamp?</u></i> </p><p>Let's admit it, most of our staff members here are either all not serious or are just biased towards one particular thing *let's not war on this topic, it's a true story we all have seen numerous times). Andrey and Mantiix left for the sole purpose : they knew this wiki was not worth it ; although Mantiix said he was leaving for personal reasons but hey, that's what most of them all say before leaving. If staff members don't change themselves, I don't think this place will be a pleasant one to stay in for a long while. </p><p><i><u>Why a wiki policy revamp/mindshift?</u></i> </p><p>Can we all just get real for once and notice the fact that the polices have not been changed for a way long time? I'll get to that real quick but there's this thing I'm gonna talk about and most of you may hate me/go against me for saying this but (this is aimed at the B'crats but remember, I got no grudge against you guys) the B'crats here are too delicately treated. </p><p>For example : I know I keep saying assumptions are the worst trait of someone but for this time, I'm gonna make one. If someone insults a B'crat but not any other staff member, he is bound to be hated by anyone just because he has his own opinions. </p><p>What usually happens? S/He gets blocked or mocked upon, never to be seen again just because of their one opinion about an user who to be really honest, just has a few more buttons than an admin and nothing more. In simpler words, it's like this : anyone that goes against a B'crat, goes against the whole wiki in MW. That is the simpler truth most of the times. I mean, I have seen wikis where B'crats are treated like normal users and don't need extra respect (except for the Founder of course but then again, it may vary). I know I may sound biased as heck but I'm just stating what I am feeling so I hope this gets no hate whatsoever or any accusations. </p><p>Another thing I wanna get out of my system is that at least in my opinion, the B'crats don't take or implement ideas at all here anymore. (again, it's an opinion and not an assumption - learn the difference) Rarely have I ever seen here an idea get implemented unless it's not related to the wiki's policy system. Basically, what I feel is that anyone that suggests even the slightest bit of change in policy gets their ideas rejected just because the B'crats feel it isn't required. </p><p><i><u>Do you have any more to say about this? Can a GTA Logan Wiki 3 be expected soon?</u></i> </p><p>Indeed. I can state more things that don't seem right here nowadays but for now, this should be enough to see how others react to my viewpoints. I am requesting again, do not accuse me for saying things that I feel as I am not doing anything that goes against the wiki. Found anything I said wrong? <p>I guess Mantiix was not wrong about him being back all the time. Just found one of his accounts hidden in the Image upload section. If you're reading this Ali, stop bullshiting everyone and come back already if you want. </p>

<p>To anyone who hasn't kept track of the wiki as of now, the chat has been updated with completely new features and custom designs. Try them out while you can. New features will be added soon. </p><p>Note : The PMs are currently not safe to use as multi-pm is now available to be used anytime without an user's notice. Any arguments started from multi-pm are to not to be blamed on me. Avoid using the PM until it is further looked upon. </p>

<p>The M.H.G.R.P project is a project that I initally started with the help of Gunshow later on. Check the news for brief info. </p><p>Basically, with help, the MHG submission process is not rebooted to a fine and smoother process. Before, finds were posted on a page and that too by one person at a time which didn't make sense as it was supposed to be done as a group. So now there is a new forum named 'Myth Hunting Group Central' where all finds will be posted, finds done by a group rather than a single person as for that we have specific game boards of course. </p><p>I also propose to people who are in groups right now to do collaborated hunts otherwise the whole reboot would be for nothing. </p><p>Will those game boards get affected? No. It's just a board for group hunted finds. Nothing else. Rules are given in the page itself to keep the board organized. </p><p>Another ongoing project, dubbed 'The Forum Cleanup Project' is going to be finalized soon with new forum descriptions highlighted to keep the forums clean for future reasons. Stay tuned. </p>

<p>I have noticed most users that were a part of this project have gone inactive thus, I think we all should discuss with each other on who's gonna be on who's group again (a group cleanup actually). My team had Matthew who's dead so I can't keep him in my group any longer. Feel free to join my group (message me before though). </p>
