Is anyone else having huge issues with GTA 5 on either PS5 or XBSX? (I’m only asking this on here because gta.fandom.com hasn’t got a forum page like this one)

I just downloaded it and I can’t hear voices at the other end of the phone or Taxi dispatcher, I can’t get haircuts, clothes, tattoos or even car modifications. I had to fail and skip missions like Father/Son and Friend Request 🥴

I’m so pissed off about this right now and I hope this isn’t just me
