No idea why there's a picture of him here, might be about his death, but it's in online. Might be just Rockstar forgetting about such a small piece of detail while making GTA Online.

To add to another finding, I was at the Observatory up when I saw a lady with a map. Aimed through the scope, saw what i assume is the GTA SA map (not sure). I walked up closer and the map just dissapeared from her hands. God damn.
