I was on the way to a Truth mission, and went through Beacon Hill. There was a blue truck there. Does Epsilon myth extend there?

Is the truck color always blue? If it color changes, then this theory is false.

I've driven there when I don't want to use the road (i'm a GTA player, so it's clear I don't use the road when not needed) and when I pass by, it'll usually be there, but sometimes it won't. I haven't seen it in another color.

So, I have investigated it. The color of the Sadler does change, and it didn't seem to link to the Epsilon Program because there was no enough proof for it. There was no blue light in that area. The Sadler does change model from damaged to the normal Sadler. I found a cane in that area, I bet the Beacon Hill was abandoned for a long time. This theory is false.
